In order to study and discuss the important points of the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, a meeting was conducted with the participation of Dilshod Safarzoda, Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nazira Amirbekzoda, Director of the Educational Center of “The Statehood school of Emomali Rahmon”, PhD in Philology, Shodmonbekzoda Parviz, General Director of “Tajik Air” OJSC, heads of the aviation enterprises departments and sector employees in the “Tajik Air” conference hall.
In his opening speech, Dilshod Safarzoda emphasized that the President of the Republic of Tajikistan at the beginning of the Address to Majlisi Oli noted that 2023 was a successful year for Tajikistan despite the difficulties and that progress was achieved in all society spheres. Because the state and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan since the beginning of independence have made smooth development of important spheres of society - social protection of the population, science and education, health care and culture one of the priority directions of their policy and are implementing all necessary measures to achieve these goals.
The republic civil aviation sector with its aviation enterprises has been developing in this process, and successes have also been achieved in expanding the flight geography, renovation and construction various industry facilities, improving the quality of services, ensuring flight safety, acquiring new aircraft, attracting foreign investment for industry development.
Nazira Amirbekbekzoda in her speech noted that the Address have an obvious role in improving the welfare of the people, strengthening social protection of the population, protecting human and civil rights and freedoms, reducing poverty, developing various spheres of life in the country and development of independent Tajikistan.
It was also emphasized that the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Address to Majlisi Oli defined the main directions of domestic and foreign policy of the country for the coming periods, on the beneficial promotion of foreign policy and ensuring progress in the spheres of economy and industry, energy, roads and transport, security and defense, safety and law and order, health care, culture, science and education, social protection of the population, youth, sports and tourism set specific objectives.
