January 26 2017 State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” held a press conference with media representatives of the republic and abroad on the results of the company's activities for 2016. The results were presented by the First Deputy DG Alisher Shambiev and Deputy DG Rahimjon Saidov. In particular, it was noted that the enterprise, being one of the key structures of civil aviation of the Republic of Tajikistan, constantly strengthens its positions in the organization of global world transportations and integration processes of Eurasia.
According to the results of 2016 production indicators of State Unitary Enterprise " Tajikairnavigation” show the dynamics of the qualitative and effective development of the enterprise, aimed primarily at improving the safety of flights in the airspace of the republic.
Air navigation services were provided to 201 airlines of various structures and agencies of Tajikistan and abroad, of which 15 airlines operate on a regular basis, and 186 operate intermittently, using 45 types of aircraft for this purpose.
To maintain the necessary level and successful implementation of production plans, the execution of orders and instructions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Transport in accordance with the work plan, work preparations were made for the spring-summer and autumn-winter periods, simulator training of the personnel, meeting with the management, scheduled technical maintenance of radio engineering equipment, monitoring of availability and renewal of certificates of validity and permits for the right to operate radio-emitting equipment.
In order to fulfill the tasks to ensure flight safety, the management of structural subdivisions regularly conducts methodical works to prevent violations of the requirements of guidance and technological documents, labor discipline. Plans for the restoration of radio engineering and meteorological equipment are periodically reviewed and finalized, and so on.
During the reporting period, special attention was paid to the professional growth of the specialists of SUE " Tajikairnavigation”. More than 303 000 somoni were spent on target students’ training and improvement of professional skill of the company's specialists. In the reporting period, 112 specialists attended training courses, excluding internships and retraining, only on the basis of the the Malaysia Aviation Academy, the EAD Training Center of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Moscow Air Navigation Institute and the Aviation Training Center of SUE " Tajikairnavigation".

The total revenue of the enterprise for the reporting period compared to last year increased by 6.2%, and expenses decreased by 4.2%.
Tax payments of the Enterprises to the state budget for the first half of 2016 amounted to more than 22 million (22.12 million) somoni, which is 14% more than in the same period of 2015.
During the reporting period SUE "Tajikairnavigation" fully covered its loan to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as the enterprise was responsible for payment after the reorganization of SUAE "Tajik Air".
For the expired period of 2016, the company provided services to 44 517 aircraft, which is 5 725 less than in 2015 (50 242), which was of 11% decrease.
Company representatives attended "World ATM Congress - 2016", (Madrid, Spain), symposium of the European Bureau of ICAO "Navigation based on the characteristics of PBN" (Dublin, Ireland), training Inter Consult "New forms international standard ISO 9001: 2015 ", 32 and 33 meetings of the Coordination Council" Eurasia "(Yerevan, Republic of Armenia and Sochi Russia).
The implementation of The Project for Capacity Development in Air Traffic Services was launched within the framework of the Technical Cooperation with Japan - JICA, which is currently being successfully implemented.
To ensure efficient flight safety all structures of the enterprise has been introduced with the Flight Safety Management System, and the International Gold Star, the World Quality Commitment, has been awarded for the implementation of quality management and the provision of services that meet international requirements.
In spite of the global economic crisis the enterprise, is also constantly trying to provide gratuitous charitable assistance to low-income citizens of the country, disabled people, orphans of orphanages and specialized institutions, including: "The Society of people with Disabilities in Dushanbe", " The Society of people with Disabilities in Kurgan-Tube", "The Society for Blind Kurgan-Tube city", "The Society for Deaf of Khatlon Region” etc.
In general, SUE "Tajikairnavigation" systematically implements the "State Program for the Development of the Transport Complex of the Republic of Tajikistan until 2025" dated 01.04.2011 №165 of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
