In accordance with international requirements, the Enterprise implemented and certified the Quality Management System for the standard ISO 9001: 2008 in the field of meteorological support in 2014, with specific performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, timeliness of issuing weather reports.
According to the decision of the Enterprise Management, in order to improve the quality of services provided and customer satisfaction in the Enterprise, the QMS is implemented in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.
Development and implementation of QMS is carried out with the assistance of a consultant of InterConsult LLC.
At the moment we are at the stage of implementation of the QMS in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. Regular trainings are being conducted for both top management and all employees of the enterprise units in order to more thoroughly familiarize and study ISO 9001: 2015.
February 25, at a regular meeting with the consultant of LLC InterConsult training was held for the top management of the enterprise and the heads of branches of Khujand, Kulyab and the city of Kurgan-Tube.
