Within short period, due to leadership of SUE "Tajikairnavigation" and personnel who are involved in operation of radio technical support for flights carried out the work to introduce new technologies for interaction and control over the airspace of the Republic of Tajikistan:
The introduction of the multilateration system “ERA” (Czech Republic), which allows controlling the movement of aircraft practically throughout the entire airspace of the Republic of Tajikistan, is also observing the operations of the Armed Forces in neighboring countries.
The replacement of the voice commutation system VSS "Megafon" with the voice communication system VCS by Austrian company "Frequentis" in Dushanbe and Khujand. Work is underway on further cooperation and implementation of this system in "TAN’s" subsidiaries.
The means of objective control have been replaced with digital multi-channel tape recorders "SMAR-T" (Russia), which allows recording and playing not only voice communication, but also radar, direction finding, video information from primary sources
The automated workplaces of the air traffic controllers "Master" have been introduced, which provide the mapping of radar, direction-finding, cartographic, meteorological, planned and reference information. They ensure compliance with the requirements and recommendations of Eurocontrol.
Based on AWP "Master", ATC training complex has been introduced that allows training and maintenance of air traffic controllers' skills with the airspace modeling function based on ARINC 424.
A planning server has been introduced for ATC systems, which processes the NOTAM notifications according to Doc 4444, interfacing with AFTN networks, generating reports for aeronautical charges.
A new system of the CCS “Monitor SOFT” was introduced, which greatly facilitated the work on the transmission and reception of AFTN telegrams.
Work is underway to replace analogue communication lines with fiber-optic communication lines, which will allow the transfer of large information flows, which in the future will ensure the introduction of new types of navigation, location and communication equipment.
In 2015, the enterprise replaced physically worn out diesel-generator power plants with diesel-generating power plants R.I.D E-SERIES (Germany), thereby ensuring the renewal of the system of guarantee power supply for radio equipment.
To ensure the uninterrupted operation of MLAT sites in 2016, five solar panels (3 kW) from R.I.D GmbH (Germany) are installed at five points (sites) of MLAT.
