On June 6, 2024, the Labor and Wages Department of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” conducted a meeting with employees regarding clothes, national dress and eliminating xenophobic factors.
“Currently, it can be observed that in most areas and industries, offices and institutions, enterprises and workshops, special clothes (uniforms) are recommended, which are mandatory to wear depending on the working conditions. In this regard, our enterprise also provides uniform clothing for specialists in the field of meteorology, dispatchers, technical staff and drivers, as well as they have to wear a special uniform at the workplace”, - stated Ilkhom Donakhonov, Head of Labor and Wages Department of SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.
It should be noted that in order to implement the Protocol of the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 29, 2024, and the letter of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the enterprise regularly conducts explanatory activities among enterprise females.
In this regard, since 2017, SUE “Tajikairnavigation” has adopted the “SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Employee Ethics Code” and its implementation under the supervision of responsible persons.
