On July 16, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, opened in Ismoili Somoni district of the capital a bread and confectionery production enterprise - "Nonpaz" LLC.
The facility was built on the basis of development and construction works to welcome the great and sacred national holiday – 35th anniversary of state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the observance of the special art of national architecture; the renovation and adaptation works began in 2021.
It should be noted that “Nonpaz” Limited Liability Company has been operating since the 30s of the last century and with the progress of time and development of the society, all its devices and equipment became unusable.
It was reported that today more than 80 types of bread and confectionery products, including bread, baguettes, sugar cookies, cakes, croissants, puff pastries and other items, are produced at the "Nonpaz" enterprise that have found buyers for their special tastes. Production capacity is 40 tons of bread products and 5 tons of confectionery products per day.
All installed devices and equipment are of new generation production, imported from Germany and Italy, which are energy efficient and multifunctional.
As it was informed, with the full commissioning of "Nonpaz" bread and confectionery factory, the number of employees will be increased from 200 to 400 people, and in this context, the production capacity will increase significantly.
It is worth mentioning that the appearance of the building was created and illuminated with new architectural methods. The yard and surroundings of the enterprise have been greened, as well as its external walkways and parking lot, paved with asphalt.
The enterprise is spread over an area of 4,800 square meters and was built by the young businessman Usmon Mirzoaliev. The facility consists of separate production workshops, offices for management, accounting, sales, meeting rooms and a canteen for 100 people are located in a two-story administrative building.
In turn, the employees and officials of "Nonpaz" factory expressed their gratitude to the Honorable Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon for his constant support and creation of favorable working conditions, and pledged to continue their contribution to the implementation of the constructive goals of the country's Government in the field of industrial development.

During the visit, the Head of State was informed that the second stage of the enterprise for the production of polypropylene products operates on the basis of modern industry technology of leading global companies. The company's equipment was purchased from the Austrian "Starlinger" company and has no analogues in Central Asia.
The production capacity of the enterprise has been raised from 70 mln. pieces of polypropylene bags up to 120 mln. units, the domestic market demands in the fields of industry, agriculture, chemistry, etc. are fully satisfied with bags with automatic valve with the innovative technology of "AD STAR", thus the dependence on foreign packaging products is eliminated. Also, the rest of the products will be exported.
The installation of the new generation technology allows the plant to operate without waste, and the rest of the processed items are directed to other industrial enterprises for the manufacturing of other industrial products.
In addition to bags for cement, the company "Gayur Group" also has the opportunity to produce polypropylene bags for flour, other food products and chemical products, according to the order.
During the visit, the President of the country highly appreciated the production activity of the enterprise and the initiative of the domestic businessman, and gave them useful instructions and advice on quality control and production of competitive products.
Also here, the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the Mayor of the city of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, gave an official start to the activity of the plant for the production of printed circuit boards and diode lamps, and familiarized themselves with the production process.
New and innovative equipment and technology from the Republic of Korea, the People's Republic of China and Japan were purchased and brought to the enterprise.
The plant for the production of LED lamps and other lighting equipment is the only one in the country, and it was built under the instructions and guidelines of the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon on the path to ensure the rapid industrialization of the country.
The plant for the production of diode lamps and printed circuit boards consists of independent automatic lines of printed circuit boards, SMT line, painting, installation and assembly of diode lamps, iron press, plastic for lamps, etc.
The production line of printed circuit boards is able to produce its products not only for LED lamps, but also for more than 150 types of electrical equipment, such as refrigerators, air conditioners, televisions, surveillance cameras, electric meters, as well as machinery and furniture, which is the basis for the development of other industries in the country.
The establishment of this enterprise will also allow the production of printed circuit boards (PCBA) and parts of diode lamps to be launched inside, and Tajikistan will become one of the largest producers of these products in the Central Asian region.
In the assembly hall of the plant for the production of printed circuit boards and diode lamps, the next projects of "Gayur Group" LLC were presented to the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon. According to the plan, a plant for the production of smartphones, tablets, digital watches, laptops and surveillance cameras will be built in Dushanbe in the near future. This enterprise consists of an R&D laboratory, production lines for metal, plastic parts, printed circuit boards and an assembly line.
Here, the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and the Mayor of the city of Dushanbe, Honorable Rustam Emomali, visited the exhibition of the company's products. In particular, cement, plasterboard, polypropylene bags, personal hygiene products, etc. were exhibited.
Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon gave useful instructions and advice during a conversation with the management of "Gayur Group" LLC for the full use of existing capacities in this area and the creation of new jobs for the citizens of the country.

The new production facility consists of jewelry workshops and a gold sales center and has the capacity to process one ton of gold per year. Further, various types of jewelry are produced and offered to customers using modern technology.
Honorable President of the country Emomali Rahmon considered the establishment of a new industrial enterprise in the city of Dushanbe as important for the extraction and processing of precious metals within the country to final products.
With the implementation of the goals of the Government of the country, 65 new jobs were created by Dushanbe city executive body in "Zarafshon Jewelry" LLC according to the project.
On December 23, 2022, the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in his Address to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, instructed to take necessary measures for the establishment of 4 workshops for the processing of precious metals up to the production of final products.
With the timely implementation of this order of the Head of State, the Limited Liability Company "Zarafshon Jewelry" was built and put into operation in cooperation with Chinese investors.
The workshop consists of rooms for casting, cutting, knitting, molding, embossing, binding and other sections.
New technological lines of the enterprise allow to process local raw materials to the final level and to produce jewelry products from them in accordance with the requirements of international markets.
Various types of products produced by "Zarafshon Jewelry" LLC were presented in the store of the enterprise.
The industrial enterprise consists of 2 two- and three-story buildings, its territory, which is 30 square meters, is lit and greened.
In general, the establishment of 4 such industrial enterprises with 300 new jobs is planned in this area.
Also on the same day, the second stage of "TBEA Dushanbe mining industry" LLC was presented. The new technological line has the capacity to process 4 thousand tons of ore per day, and gold powder is produced from it.
The total cost of the construction of the second stage of "TBEA Dushanbe mining industry" LLC is 650 million somoni, which will create 600 new jobs.

Modern service and tourism facility was built in Dushanbe by the domestic businessman, the head of "Bahor" LLC Saimuhriddin Saifov, in accordance with the instructions of the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon, as part of the constructive measures to celebrate the 35th anniversary of state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
We remind that on November 10, 2022, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, during the opening of the fish breeding ponds of "Bahor" LLC in the area ofOluchadara, Romit village community, Vahdat city, instructed to use this opportunity in the capital of the country to open outlets selling salmon and food from it.
The construction works in the new service and tourist facility were completed with the involvement of local specialists in a short period of time, in accordance with the art of national and modern architecture, with high quality.
The building of the restaurant consists of a basement and three floors, it has three large halls, separate family rooms, a fish shop and other auxiliary facilities.
The total area of the facility is close to 1 hectare, and more than 100 jobs have been created here
The restaurant can serve more than 500 people at the same time. Fish dishes in this restaurant are prepared by skilled chefs.
In the restaurant, other types of national and European dishes are prepared and offered to customers with special taste and, according to the officials, about 20 types of dishes and 100 types of food and salads are prepared from fish alone.
The restaurant sells live fish, smoked fish, fish eggs, poultry of own production and livestock.
As it was emphasized, Tajikistan, with its mountainous nature, avalanches, glaciers and rivers, has the opportunity to be in the first place in the world in terms of production and export of salmon. As it was informed, currently the production capacity of "Bahor" LLC is 200 tons of salmon per year, and in the next 2 years, based on the instructions of the Head of State, this indicator will be increased to 1000 tons.
Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon, after familiarizing himself with the conditions in the newly built restaurant, gave specific instructions to the officials to provide high-level service to domestic and foreign guests and tourists and to present the high culture of Tajik hospitality.
The surroundings of the building are decorated with flowers and greenery in a special style, and three fountains have been built in its yard. There is also a parking lot for customers' vehicles with 140 spaces. At night, the light of the restaurant building adds special beauty to this place.
The management of "Bahor" LLC plans to build and operate two more such modern restaurants in the city of Dushanbe on the basis of good business conditions in the country.
The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, assessed the actions of the management and employees of "Bahor" LLC as an example in the area of the development of fisheries, tourism and the creation of new jobs, and gave specific instructions to the relevant officials for full support of such constructive initiatives.
