From September 16 to 19, 2024, in Paris city of France, was considered and evaluated implementation the process of the 5th monitoring round recommendations of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ACN) in the framework of the Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan, where the official delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan under the leadership of the First Deputy Director of the Agency for State Financial Control and Fight Against Corruption, representatives of the Agency on Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and other officials of the Agency took part.
It is worth noting that as a result of long discussions methods proposed by the official delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan were adopted. At the same time, a number of discussed issues were resolved, which had a positive impact on obtaining adequate assessment of the final result of the report submitted by the Republic of Tajikistan on the 5th round of monitoring of the recommendations of the ACN Anti-Corruption Network.
In the framework of the event, reports were presented by the Republic of Tajikistan and the countries of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and Uzbekistan.
In addition, the representatives of the Republics of Bulgaria, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted their questions concerning the experience of the Republic of Tajikistan in the implementation of state anti-corruption policy, implementation of public procurement of goods, work and services, strengthening of the favorable environment for investment, and received specific and satisfactory answers.
The Network Secretariat and international experts highly evaluated the professionalism and worthy presentation of the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tajikistan.
It should be noted that the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” has developed Anti-Corruption Action Plan as part of its activities and carries out its activities in accordance with it.
