First, the Head of State opened the armstrong manufacturing plant in the village of Dahana, Yovon district.
The new industrial facility was built on the basis of "Huajian Gayur Industrial" LLC by the domestic businessman Akbar Asadullo.
The field of activity of the company is the production of armstrong, and the demand for this type of construction products is very high in the country and abroad.
Armstrong is a modern and environmentally friendly construction product, widely used in the decoration of the interior of various buildings.
During the acquaintance with the activity of the enterprise, the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon was informed that the technological lines were imported from world-renowned companies, and its design capacity is equal to 9 million armstrong units per year.
According to the analysis of the domestic market, the demand for armstrong is 3 million units, and the rest is exported to other countries according to the contract.
With the establishment and start of operation of new industrial facilities, 30 local residents have been provided with well-paid jobs.
The company's products are import substitutes and are produced in 150 modern forms and designs. It is also possible to prepare products based on the choice of design and order of customers.
Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon called the creation of such enterprises a solid step towards achieving the fourth national goal - rapid industrialization of the country, and emphasized that the expansion of such measures can contribute to the development of the economy, the creation of new jobs, increasing the country's export potential and competitiveness.

It is worth noting that the subsidiaries of the domestic company "Gayur Group" using the constant support of the Head of State with regard to the private sector, built 5 production enterprises this year, in which 600 people are provided with well-paid jobs.
The plasterboard production plant has been built by the local businessman Faizalizoda Sherali during more than a year, based on the instructions of the Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, as part of the plan of constructive activities dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the familiarization with the production process, the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon was informed that the activity of the new industrial enterprise is implemented in three shifts, and mainly the production of plasterboard and construction plasters has been set up here.
The new plant has the ability to produce more than 500 thousand square meters of plasterboard per year, and it is planned to increase the production volume to one million square meters in the near future. 45 local residents are provided with well-paid jobs in the enterprise. More than 24 million somoni were spent on building and equipping new industrial facility.
Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon called the action of the local businessman worthy of support. It was instructed to pay special attention to the volume of production and the quality and competitiveness of products, to manufacture products in accordance with market requirements, and to observe the norms of export of goods abroad.
The production plant was built in the Industrial Zone of Yovon district on the basis of the implementation of the goals of rapid industrialization of the country and the 2021-2026 as "Years of Industrial Development" in Tajikistan.
Plasterboard with different sizes and dimensions is produced using advanced equipment and modern technological lines. The technological lines installed at the plant are considered the latest and products are manufactured in them in accordance with international standards. The processing of local raw products to the final stage was evaluated as the main activity of the enterprise.
The laboratory of the enterprise is equipped with modern equipment, where professional specialists accurately check the quality of products and then offer them for use in production.
It should be said that 70% of the company's products are made from local raw materials and are prepared using mines operating around the district with excellent quality and are substitutes for imports. The company produces 2 types of plasterboard with a width of 1 meter and 20 centimeters and a length of 2 meters and 50 centimeters for walls and ceilings. This type of product is used for interior walls and roof decoration of various buildings. In the next stages, it is decided to start the production of moisture- and heat-resistant plasterboards in the same plant.
"Fayzi gaj" LLC is one of the important production enterprises in Yovon district and has been operating since 2014. During this time, the company has launched the production of 27 types of construction products and has found its worthy place in the market, most of which are sent for export.
Currently, this enterprise is engaged in the extensive production of external and internal tiles, tiles for the roof and exterior decoration of buildings and structures, for plastering works, water- and moisture-resistant stone glues for indoor and outdoor buildings, washable and moisture-resistant emulsion paints, profiles, etc. The enterprise is located on an area of 2.7 hectares, more than 1.5 hectares of which is an orchard.
Also, the company "Fayzi gaj" has contributed to the constructive actions of the top political leadership of the country in the implementation of constructive initiatives for the worthy reception of the great national holiday - the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan in Yovon district.
Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the company's activities, thanked the domestic businessman for his contribution to the process of industrialization of the country and instructed him to pay attention to the issue of training and retraining of specialists abroad and to expand creative and social initiatives.

By putting into operation the new production plant for lifting mechanisms of JSC "De Bang Machinery Company of Tajikistan" 30 people have been provided with permanent jobs.
The new production plant is considered to be one of the celebratory facilities for the 35th anniversary of the State Independence and is equipped with the latest world technology within the framework of the implementation of the fourth strategic goal - "Rapid industrialization of the country".
Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon was informed that the production capacity of the enterprise is 80 powerful cranes per year, and if the orders of the buyers increase, the volume of production will be increased. The company's products are import substitutes and are also aimed at export.
Lifting mechanisms manufactured at the newly built plant, each part of which is installed after tests and inspections by experts in the field, have the capacity to lift from 4 to 12 tons of cargo.
The lifting cranes of this enterprise are controlled remotely, which can greatly facilitate the work of builders.
After the plant is put into use, the cost of lifting cranes in the market should be reduced by 30 percent, because until now this product is imported. To date, cranes worth up to 9 million US dollars are imported from abroad every year. Because of this, the cranes of this company will replace both import and export products.
As it was said, this enterprise was built in an abandoned and dilapidated building, which was neglected for many years, and has turned into a prosperous and beautiful place.
The total area of the newly built enterprise is about 4,000 square meters, and its surroundings are green. A sample of one of the lifting cranes was placed on the yard of the enterprise building, which is a reflection of the enterprise's production capacity and the high quality of its products.

The road was built in 3 stages within the framework of the goals to adapt the service conditions to international requirements, and its total length is 68.8 kilometers.
The Bokhtar-Levakant section of the road consists of 6 traffic lanes and the rest of the road consists of two lanes.
In total, 5 overpasses and 2 roundabouts have been built on the road.
Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon emphasized that the construction of the road contributes to the formation of transport corridors, sustainable economic development and further improvement of people's living standards.
Installation of reinforced concrete trenches, water pipes, paving stones on both sides of the road and protective walls ensures safe movement of vehicles.
In the mountainous parts of the nature of Tajikistan, the opportunity for the movement of vehicles has been improved through leveling works.
By order of the Head of State, within the framework of this project, 3 km of internal roads of the city of Levakant will also be renovated.
The Bokhtar-Levakant-Danghara highway is of great economic and social importance and lays the foundation for increasing the volume and quality of cargo and passenger transportation.
It should be recalled that the construction works on the first stage of the Bokhtar-Levakant-Danghara highway were started in October 2021 with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon.
Timely implementation of the instructions of the Head of the State made it possible to complete the construction of the road within the specified period in accordance with the project requirements.

The Danghara-Guliston section of the internationally important Dushanbe-Kulob-Khorugh-China border highway will be about 50 kilometers long and will consist of 4 traffic lanes in populated areas.
According to the international requirements of road construction, the Danghara-Guliston section of the Dushanbe-Khorugh international highway will have alongside it a mother and child home, transport stations, overpasses and underground passages, footpaths and other transport infrastructure.
The total distance of the Guliston-Farkhor section is 29.6 kilometers, and it is being built with the involvement of foreign capital and the contribution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The first stage of the Guliston-Farkhor-Panj-Dusti road is an important part of the international highway and provides access to world ports through foreign routes.
The construction of the Danghara-Guliston and Guliston-Farkhor sections is of great importance in the implementation of the "Targeted State Program for the Development of the Transport Complex of the Republic of Tajikistan until 2025" in order to form transport corridors and transform Tajikistan into a transit state.
According to the contract, the construction works in the first stage of reconstruction of the Guliston-Farkhor-Panj-Dusti highway, i.e. up to Farkhor, should be completed by September 2027.

The project value of the Innovative Industrial and Technological Park is more than 30 million somoni.
The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, at first put in commission the glass processing workshop in the Innovative Industrial and Technological Park.
The glass processing workshop was built on an area of 2920 square meters, and modern devices and equipment were imported and installed in it. Glass processing and production of plastic and metal doors and windows have been launched in this enterprise.
Honorable Emomali Rahmon was informed that glass processing is carried out through modern methods at the enterprise using new equipment and technology. The annual capacity of the newly established enterprise is 80,000 to 90,000 square meters of glass.

The annual capacity of this workshop is from 30 to 36 thousand square meters, and using the technological line of the workshop, the production of furniture with various and beautiful designs is established.
Taking into account that industry and innovation is one of the most important sources of further development of the country, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan put in commission the workshop for the production of construction paints.
The technological line in this workshop is of high quality, and it produces paints with different shapes and types for the construction of structures of various purposes. The annual capacity of the workshop is from 350 to 370 tons of paint.
Here, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, also put into use the workshop for the production of gloves, where 5 people are provided with permanent jobs. It was said that the products of the newly established enterprise are mainly used in construction and assembly works in the process of building and construction of the country's various facilities. The annual capacity of the newly established workshop is from 600 to 620 thousand pairs of gloves.
Also, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, opened a workshop for the production of detergents in the same place.
In this workshop, 7 people are provided with permanent jobs, and the production of high-quality and fragrant soaps is carried out there. The annual capacity of this newly established workshop is from 240 to 260 tons of soap.
At the same time, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, inaugurated a workshop for the production of pasta in the Innovative Industrial and Technological Park. This workshop is equipped with modern equipment and technological lines, and it is used for the production and packaging of pasta in various forms and types. 6 people are permanently employed in the pasta production factory, and the annual capacity of the factory is from 250 to 270 tons of pasta.
In total, 55 people have been employed in 6 factories of the Innovative Industrial and Technological Park of Levakant city, whose constant activity contributes to increasing the rate of development of industrial production and improving the living conditions of the population.
On November 7, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in continuation of his working trip to the cities and districts of Khatlon Province, visited Kushoniyon district.
First of all, the Head of State opened the "Vahsh Sanoat" plant for the manufacturing of two-wheeled and three-wheeled motorcycles.
Honorable Emomali Rahmon was informed that the plant for the production of electric vehicles was built on an area of 15 thousand 325 square meters.
The production plant consists of a workshop for the manufacturing of iron parts of vehicles, a section for shaping metal products, a section for welding and polishing of metal, a workshop for painting iron parts, a section for painting and drying large and small metal components, as well as a workshop for the final assembly and installation of vehicles.
Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, advised domestic entrepreneurs and industry officials to produce up to 90 percent of electric vehicle equipment and spare parts within the country in the future.
During the familiarization the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon instructed the officials to present 20 wheelchairs to the needy people of the district.

The installed modern technology allows the production of high-quality vehicles that are also suitable for export.

Diagnostic and treatment center "Avicenna" was built by the local businessman Rasuljon Ashurov as part of constructive measures to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the state independence, and modern conditions of diagnosis and treatment are provided here for the population of the district.
As the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed, the construction works on this healthcare facility, which consists of three floors and a basement, started in 2021 and was built with a modern architectural design.
30 people, including 10 doctors, 12 secondary medical workers and 8 auxiliary workers, are employed in the Center for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of nervous diseases.
For the efficient operation of the center, modern medical equipment was purchased and installed with the sum of 3 million somoni.
In the basement of the facility there is a pharmacy, a digital X-ray examination room and other auxiliary rooms.
On the first floor of the building, there are rooms for receiving patients, examination and electrocardiogram, ultrasound examination, examination of brain recording, and a patient's discharge room in order to provide high-quality medical services to those in need.
Medical wards are located on the second and third floors, which provide favorable conditions for patients. The center also has 30 beds.
Honorable Emomali Rahmon, while getting acquainted with the conditions and possibilities of this medical institution, highly appreciated the construction works and the provided conditions.
In the future, using the opportunity of this center with the involvement of regional and national specialists, examination and complex treatment of stroke and other methods of examination, diagnosis and treatment of various neurological diseases will be carried out.
