Begijonzoda Loiq Begijon was born on August 18, 1975 in Tanobchi village, Temurmalik District, Khatlon Region, in educated family. In 1992 he successfully graduated the secondary school, Institute of Entrepreneurship and Service, with specialty “Economist-Manager” in 2001 and Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation of the Russian Federation, with specialty “Management” in 2016.

He started working in the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan in 1996 and performed his duties impeccably until 2006. Then he worked in the positions of Manager of Resource Management, Deputy Head of Production and Commercial Service of the State Unitary Aviation Enterprise “Tajik Air” Center from 2006 to 2009 and Deputy Head of Production and Commercial Service and Deputy Director General of the State Unitary Enterprise Dushanbe International Airport from 2009 to 2016, has shown considerable activity. For services in civil aviation Begijonzoda Loik was awarded “Meritorious Service Medal” on August 15, 2019.

In 2016, according to Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Begijonzoda Loik Begijon was appointed the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” General Director and has been working in this field until present.

Shodmonbekzoda Davron Shodmonbek was born on January 1, 1985 in Kuybyshev district of Khatlon region. In 2006, he graduated Civil Aviation Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Air Transport Traffic Management, Aviation College of the Civil Aviation Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in Traffic Management and Operation of Air Transportation with a qualification of pilot in 2011, Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.S. Osimi with a degree in Organization of Passenger Transportation and Air Transport Management in 2011, Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University with a degree in Jurisprudence in 2014 and Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki with a degree in Social Management in 2018.

Shodmonbekzoda Davron as a young specialist started his activity in the State Unitary Aviation Enterprise “Tojikiston” as Air Traffic Controller in 2006. Then, from 2009 to 2020, he worked diligently at the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation” as controller at the launch and taxiing point of the Air Traffic Control Department, Head of the Aerodrome Control Center and Head of the Air Traffic Control Department.  

Saidzoda Rahimjon Kurbon was born on March 13, 1972, in Panj district of Khatlon region in intellectual family. In 2003, he graduated Dushanbe Technical College with a specialization in “communication networks and communication systems” and in 2013 graduated Tajik Technical University named after academician M.S. Osimi with a specialization in “communication networks and communication systems”.

In 1997 he started working in the civil aviation system of the Republic of Tajikistan as an Communications Technician at the Radio Communication Complex of the CNS in the State Unitary Aviation Enterprise “Tojikiston”, then from 2007 to 2012 expanded his work as an engineer in Radio Navigation Engineer of CNS of the State Unitary Aviation Enterprise “Tajik Air” and from 2012 to 2014 as a Senior Engineer of CNS in the Open Joint Stock Company “Dushanbe International Airport”.

On November 29, 2014, according to Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Saidzoda Rahimjon Kurbon was appointed Deputy General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tajikairnavigation”.

Akhmadzoda Zafar Ahmad was born on December 14, 1977, in the Republic of Tajikistan in an educated family. In 2001 he graduated Tajik State Cooperative Commercial Institute with a specialization in “Management in Trade and Public Catering”, he graduated Russian-Tajik Slavonic University with a specialization in “Jurisprudence” in 2014 and successfully graduated Saint Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation of the Russian Federation with a specialization in “Management” in 2016.

Akhmadzoda Zafar started his career in 2010 at the LLC “Air Company Somon Air” as a Luggage Service Manager in the Dushanbe Airport, then he worked as the General Representative of the State Unitary Aviation Enterprise “Tojikiston” in the United Arab Emirates and Deputy Head of Production and Commercial Service of the Open Joint Stock Company “Dushanbe International Airport” from 2012 to 2016.
