SUE “TAJIKAIRNAVIGATION” ACTIVITIES FOR 2023 SUMMED UP
On January 8, 2024, SUE “Tajikairnavigation” activities in 2023 have been concluded.
The meeting was attended by Amirzoda Mahmud Hamid - Deputy Head of the Infrastructure Development Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Safarzoda Dilshod Faizali - Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, management and employees of the enterprise. First Deputy Director General of “Tajikairnavigation” Davron Shodmonbekzoda made a report on enterprise activities in 2023.
It was noted that for the reporting period SUE “Tajikairnavigation” served 51,530 air crafts, which is 5,068 or 11% more than the figure for the same period in 2022, while the number of transit flights made 25,971 which is 2,360 or 10% more compare to 2022.
In order to strengthen the capacity and capabilities of the country’s airspace, ensure flight safety, increase transit flights and expand interstate cooperation three important documents were signed, in particular the Agreement on Bilateral Cooperation and Coordination between the district centers of Dushanbe and Tashkent, the Agreement on Bilateral Cooperation and Coordination between the district centers of Dushanbe and Samarkand, and the most important achievement of the last year the Agreement on Bilateral Cooperation and Coordination between the district centers of Dushanbe and Urumqi.
Based on the action plan to upgrade radio, meteorological and other aviation equipment in cooperation with the most influential companies of the industry, including CJSC “PELENG” (Russia), “ZAMAR” (Switzerland), “SERAGON” (Israel), “Rohde & Schwarz” (Germany) and other companies regularly purchasing, installing and upgrading modern aviation equipment. Commissioning of D-ATIS system in Dushanbe city and branches of the enterprise in Kulob, Bokhtar and Khujand cities, communication equipment from “Rohde & Schwarz”, ADS-B signals in Murghob district of Badakhshon province, radio relay communication network “SERAGON”, complex automation system of air traffic control “MASTER”, air tests of ADS-B surveillance system in abnormal flight in the eastern part of the Republic of Tajikistan and others are among them.
In 2023 under the “TAF” system, the level of competence of aviation meteorological forecasting indicators reached 93.1%, and the aviation meteorological forecast of the Aviation Meteorological Center and the Civil Aviation Meteorological Station branch in Khujand have switched to 24-hour forecasts for Dushanbe and Khujand airports.
Much attention was paid to improving the employees’ knowledge and skills and enterprise specialists have passed various courses in Moscow and St. Petersburg cities of the Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Singapore and South Korea.
In continuation of the event Amirzoda Mahmud Hamid - Deputy Head of the Infrastructure Development Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan summarized the results of SUE “Tajikairnavigation” activities and emphasized that along with the achievements of the past year, the enterprise will continue its activities in accordance with the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the current legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Dilshod Safarzoda in his speech expressed his opinions on the opening of the new corridor POMIR-AGVUT, the advantages of this route and measures to improve the quality of air navigation services.
In conclusion, it was emphasized that SUE “Tajikairnavigation” will continue to fulfill its tasks in accordance with the Message of the Leader of the Nation.
Thus, the activity of SUE “Tajikairnavigation” in 2023 was recognized as satisfactory.
