On the 4^th of April, 2024 in the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” meeting hall has been analyzed the Quality Management System (QMS) and Flight Safety Management System (FSMS) in 2023 where took part enterprise leadership and heads of departments and centers.

 

It should be reminded that the Quality and Safety Committee was formed to ensure ongoing suitability, make operational decisions, implement strategic measures, and analyze the Quality Management System (QMS) and Flight Safety Management System (FSMS) and the Committee objectives are to identify goals, needs, opportunities, coordinate and take corrective action, plan improvement activities, ensure appropriate resources are allocated and provide assistance to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

 

According to last year analysis, the activity of the enterprise departments and centers and its branches in Khujand, Kulob and Bokhtar cities were estimated as satisfactory, and the commission members raised questions on solving existing problems and improving the daily activities of QMS and FSMS at the enterprise and its branches.
