Deputy Head of the Aviation Training Center of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Afsakhzod Abbosi Alokhon defended his doctoral thesis on the topic “Issues of journalistic ethics in the context of national moral coordinates (on the example of Pahlavi literature)” in the specialties of Media Communication and Journalism and Literatures of the Peoples of the World (Tajik literature) at the Dissertation Council of the Russian Federation at the National University of Tajikistan.
In his work, the author emphasized that it is necessary to consider in detail the modern media system of the country, in particular, its print segment in the context of preserving and strengthening historically established moral and ethical values, which vividly represents all the problems of domestic journalism and makes it possible to clearly define the whole range of typological attitudes, their role and place in the information space, to determine their main typological characteristics and, having compared the subject matter and audience, to identify their characteristic features and common traits in the content of the media system.
Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Domestic and International Journalism of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University Abdullozoda Masroor Ahmad noted: “It should be emphasized that rare materials of both scientific and historical-documentary nature were studied in the work, and the thesis is of undoubted interest in terms of scientific novelty”.
Obtaining a doctoral degree by Afsahzod Abbos is another achievement of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” that will contribute to the strengthening of moral and ethical values in the media of Tajikistan. Taking this opportunity, we would like to congratulate on another achievement in the development of science in the country.
