Along with installation of meteorological equipment at helipads in a number of cities and districts of the republic, delivery and installation of a number of radio, meteorological and other technical equipment, enterprise had carried out repairing of MLAT system in Fakhrobod district, accessed digital information from Murghob, Khorogh and Vanj meteorological stations to Dushanbe city, replaced of 160 kVA transformer for MLAT system equipment in Balandi area of Khuroson district, extened the license and certificate for the use of MLAT southern system until 2026,  license and certificate for the use of MLAT system in Khuroson district, license and certificate for the use of MLAT system in Khuroson district, license and certificate for the use of MLAT southern system until 2026, state registration of the DJI Mavic 3 PRO CINE drone for remote inspection the technical condition of the enterprise antennas and extension of the validity period of the certificates of the VRL “Koren-AS” and “Ekran-85” TK radars until June 2027.

These indicators were mentioned in the analysis of the activity in the first six months of 2024, which was held with the participation of the Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nabizoda Aziz Abdusamad, enterprise management and employees.

 

“As a result of the restoration of airline flights, increased flight geography, implementation of transit flights by foreign and domestic airlines through the airspace of the Republic of Tajikistan, enterprise and its branches provided air navigation services to 33,379 aircrafts”, - stated in his speech Davron Shodmonbekzoda, the First Deputy Director General of SUE “Tajikairnavigation”. 

 

This indicator of the first semi-annual of 2024 compared to 2023 is 8,133 units or 32% more. In this period, the number of transit flights is 22,038, which is 9,119 or 70.5% more than in the same period of 2023.

With the initiative of the enterprise management in order to improve professional qualification of employees 2 air traffic controllers completed training courses on the development and conduct of FPD Flight Validation in Japan. To improve the specialists’ qualifications and comply with the standards of the World Meteorological Organization 9 specialists of the enterprise Aviation Meteorological Center were trained according to the standards of the World Meteorological Organization at the Meteorological Center of the Russian Federation, received diplomas and certificates.

 

Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nabizoda Aziz Abdusamad, first spoke about the role of declaring 2024 as the “Year of Legal Education”. It was emphasized that this decree's goal is to increase the level of legal education of citizens, promote legal and democratic values, strengthen the institution of human rights and respect for it, increase the status of the law, educate citizens in the spirit of respect for it and ensure the supremacy of the law, formation providing a stable system of legal behavior, coordinating the activities of all subjects of legal promotion and encouragement, establishing an effective mechanism of cooperation between the state and civil society institutions in the direction of legal education of citizens.

 

Then, the activity SUE “Tajikairnavigation” in the first half of the year has been analyzed and estimated satisfactorily. SUE “Tajikairnavigation” plays a key role in opening new air corridors, expanding cooperation with foreign partners and influential civil aviation organizations, as well as raising the level of air navigation services, which lays a significant foundation for civil aviation development in the Republic of Tajikistan”, - stated Aziz Nabizoda.

In the end, it was mentioned that regardless existed problems and difficulties, SUE “Tajikairnavigation” is taking necessary measures to implement the instructions of the Founder of National Peace and Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon regarding celebration the 35^th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, plan and coordinate the use of the airspace of the republic, meet the requirements of airlines for air navigation services, ensure the safety of flights, regularity of international, local and transit flights, increase the economic, financial and production indicators and achieve the planned strategic goals.
