On July 10, 2024, summarizing the results of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and aviation enterprises of the country in the semi-annual of 2024 was conducted with the participation of Deputy Head of the Infrastructure Development Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Amirzoda Mahmud, Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Nazarzoda Habibullo, heads of aviation enterprises of the country and officials, informed Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

At the meeting discussed the issues of improving the level and quality of service at the country airports, celebrating the 33^rd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, implementing national laws and instructions of the Head of State on declaring 2024 the “Year of Legal Education” and celebration of the 100^th anniversary of the founding of civil aviation at the necessary level, publication of a book and industry newspaper, development of aviation industry, preparation and submission of normative legal acts of the industry in specified and made relevant decisions for the timely implementation of the scheduled plans.

In this context, it was mentioned that the signing of the additional Memorandum of Understanding between the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Civil Aviation Administration of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on air communication services, which took part on July 2, 2024 in the presence of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, plays important role in the further development and competitiveness of the country’s civil aviation industry.
