In order to provide explanatory activities among employees regarding the goal and purpose of the meeting of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon with activists, representatives of the public and religious figures of the country conducted SUE “Tajikairnavigation” management and employees meeting with the representative of the Committee on Religion, Regulation of Traditions and Celebrations under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

At the beginning, SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Deputy General Director Saidzoda Rahimjon Qurbon delivered speech regarding the importance of the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the responsibility of parents in the education and upbringing of children” and declaring 2024 as the “Year of Legal Education” in the current society.

 

In his speech, the specialist of the Department of Religious Unions of the Committee on Religion, Regulation of Traditions and Celebrations and Ceremonies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Burhoniddin Qalandarov, mentioned that the purpose of this meeting is the proper education of the young generation, increasing the sense of patriotism of citizens, mandatory compliance with the requirements of the current laws, prevention of superstition and extremism, xenophobia and imitation and other undesirable factors that caused various issues in society.

“The existence of such issues in the society is related to three reasons, ignorance - the result of insufficient religious knowledge, improper use of social networks and migration” stated Burhoniddin Qalandarov.

 

It was emphasized that terrorism and extremism, as a threat to the international community, lead to unpleasant consequences, threats or use of violence, infliction of grave mental and physical harm, attack on human life, lawlessness, change of constitutional order of certain countries, incitement of national, social and religious conflicts. In this regard, it was said that it is necessary to follow the directions and instructions of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon and promote patriotism of citizens, especially youth, and prevent any undesirable manifestations in the society.
