On September 27, 2024, in the conference hall of SUE “Tajikairnavigation” with the participation of specialists and employees of SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and JSC “Dushanbe International Airport” was held the Technical Conference to exchange experience in ensuring flight safety in the autumn-winter period of 2024-2025.

   

The specialists exchanged views on the issues of providing electrical, technical, meteorological and other services provided by the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and JSC “Dushanbe International Airport” on the airport territory. During the speeches, it was emphasized that due to the cold air, fog, rain and snow during this period, difficulties will arise in the provision of air navigation services and the responsibility of specialists of information, technical, meteorological and other services increases. In this regard, organizing and conducting such meetings create a favorable basis for risk reduction and improve service quality. The existing problems were considered and effective measures to eliminate them were proposed.

The second part of the conference continued with the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Air Traffic Service Department controllers and specialists. Experienced specialists reminded about the impact of weather and other negative factors, and controllers were urged to use their knowledge and skills at a high level while performing their tasks.

It should be noted that in the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” preparation for regular and effective activity in the autumn and winter season of 2024-2025, according to the plan, started on August 21, 2024.
