On October 26, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, arrived in Rudaki district in order to get acquainted with the living conditions of the people and opening of a number of facilities for various purposes.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon first put the confectionery factory “Shohasar” into use.

The confectionery factory “Shohasar” was built by the domestic businessman Muhammad Nasriddinov on an area of 2.42 hectares.

After the operation of the enterprise, a total of 85 people havebeen provided with jobs and good wages. Depending on the efficiency of the activity, the volume of production will increase and the number of jobs according to the plan will be increased to 150 people by 2026.

7 types of confectionery products are produced in 7 production lines of “Shohasar” enterprise.

“Shohasar” enterprise consists of 5 buildings - 2 production workshops, warehouse of raw materials, product storage and administration.

The company also has a laboratory with the most advanced equipment in the world and a canteen with a hundred seats.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, was informed that 60 percent of the workers are women, and the production capacity of this company includes up to 800 tons of confectionery products per year.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon highly appreciated the construction works at this enterprise and the installation of advanced equipment, which leads to an increase in the quality of products.

Here the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon visited the exhibition of the company’s products.

President also directed the domestic businessman to strengthen the company’s activity and contribute to the development of the light industry, which is considered one of the priority spheres in the Republic of Tajikistan.

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, visited the central stadium of Rudaki district, which has been completely repaired and renovated.

The central stadium with 8000 seats was renovated at the initiative of the Rudaki district executive body, at the expense of the district development fund and local entrepreneurs at the cost of 4.3 million somoni. The area of the facility is 1.7 hectares, and the reconstruction works started at the beginning of this year.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon, during a visit to the stadium and a conversation with officials and athletes of the district, exhorted to promote a healthy lifestyle among the population, especially young people, and educate professional athletes.

In this stadium, which was built in the 80s of the last century, after renovation, 10 work rooms were built for two sports teams, coaches and referees. Renovation of the large field and football field, installation of 4 lighting towers, installation of 8 thousand modern seats, construction of a podium, installation of a monitor for broadcasting the course of competitions on the main field, construction of a field for holding football matches and other competitions, replacement of the top of the building, fencing and construction of 3 entrance gates and paving around the facility was among the works that were completed with high quality as part of the renovation of the central stadium.

It was reported that the Sports School of Olympic Reserves and the State Institution of the Sports School of the Rudaki district also operate within the territory of the stadium. The total number of athletes in sports schools is 892.

At the district level, training of 11 types of sports, including football, volleyball, table tennis, “Freestyle”, “Sambo”, “Greco-Roman”, “Judo”, athletics, checkers and chess, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and pankration operates, 27 coaches are engaged in education and training of teenagers and young people.

The activation of 90 sports halls is considered to be the result of the constructive policy of the top political leadership of Tajikistan. The number of football teams in the district has reached 8, and the number of football players in sports schools is 128. 14 of them are female football players.

By the way, it was said that 3 well-known football teams are active in Rudaki district, including “Kuktosh” in the first league, “Rangon” in the second league and the women’s football team called “Sitora”.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon during the visit praised the completed work, called the athletes representatives of the state and the nation, and emphasized that sporting is, first of all, a sign of individual health, and a person who engages in sports is free from any kind of bad deeds.

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, opened 2 new additional educational buildings under the general secondary education institution No. 10 in the village of Madad of Chorgulteppa rural community of Rudaki district.

Additional buildings of general secondary education institution No. 10 were built on the basis of the instructions of the Honorable Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon by the executive body of the district and the contribution of local residents and entrepreneurs.

This facility consists of 13 rooms for education and training, 2 working rooms for teachers and a hall for activities, all classrooms are equipped with educational displays.

With the use of a new additional educational building, the total number of employees in this institution was increased to 85 people.

While getting acquainted with the conditions of education and training in the newly established educational building, the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon interpreted the establishment of such institutions at the village level as a good example of supporting the educational policy of the Government of the country.

Here, the Leader of the Nation remotely commissioned 2 new additional educational buildings under the general secondary education institution No. 73 in the village of Okhtoq, Kiblai rural community, and the additional building of the general secondary education institution No. 83 in the village of Mavj of M.Tursunzoda town.

In 3 new educational facilities, which were built on the basis of constant care of the Head of State for students to study in favorable conditions, a good educational basis was created for 2050 students.

Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, assessed the conditions and opportunities provided in the newly constructed educational buildings as satisfactory, and asked the students to learn modern sciences, to turn to the rich history and civilization of the Tajik nation, and demanded from the teachers to work with high responsibility.

   

In continuation of the working visit of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, the beautiful building of preschool education institution No. 9 under the general secondary education institution No. 2 in the town of Somoniyon was put into operation.

Construction work on the newly built facility began in 2023, and local residents built it with high quality within a year using high-quality domestic construction materials.

The building of the preschool institution No. 9 was built with a beautiful and modern design, it consists of 4 working rooms, a children's playroom and a canteen, and it is intended for 160 children.

This pre-school education facility has a children's playground and summerhouses that are attractively designed.

With the use of this institution, 6 tutors and 6 technical workers, in total 12 people, were employed on a permanent basis.

The Leader of the Nation during the conversation with the officials and tutors guided them to educate the younger generation to be patriotic and self-aware and to use the opportunities provided in this newly built institution.

Also, on this day, the preschool education institution in the village of Okhtoq of Qiblai rural community was remotely commissioned in the presence of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

This pre-school institution also has favorable conditions for children's education.

The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has been providing the necessary conditions to improve the level and quality of education at all levels of education during the years of independence.

Since education is a priority in the social policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, funding for this field is increased every year.

 

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon commissioned in Hayoti nav village of Lohur rural community of Rudaki district the additional building of the general secondary education institution No 20.

The construction works of the additional building began in 2023, and more than 4 million 200 thousand somoni were spent on its construction and equipment.

Based on the project, additional building is envisaged for 650 students in 2 shifts.

The Leader of the Nation first got acquainted with the educational conditions of the classrooms and guided the teachers to increase the level and quality of education.

Additional two-story building of school No. 20 has 13 classrooms and 2 offices.

With the commissioning of the additional school building, a total of 28 teachers now have conditions for fruitful work.

The building was built with the financing of the local executive body of state power.

The additional building of the general secondary education institution No. 20 in Hayoti nav village of Lohur rural community of Rudaki district is equipped with modern educational facilities and further facilitates the acquiring of knowledge and scientific studies by the students.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, stated that during the period of independence, the number of new schools in the country increased, and this made it possible to improve the conditions of education.

Teachers and students, in turn, expressed their gratitude to the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon for his comprehensive support and paternal care.

After the opening of the additional building of the school, President Emomali Rahmon opened another newly built institution – “School of Children’s Art named after Mukhtor Ashrafi” of Rudaki district.

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, officially launched the second stage of the activity of the shoe production enterprise "Sarjam" LLC in Chorgulteppa rural community of Rudaki district.

It was reported that the new industrial enterprise was built by domestic businessman Mahmadyusuf Yatimov with the aim of supplying the domestic market with its own products, and 25 local residents got permanent jobs in it.

In this enterprise, through new technological lines, the production of 2 types of seasonal shoes, which are in high demand in the market, has been launched.

This enterprise can produce up to 366 thousand pairs of men's, women's and children's shoes in different shapes and sizes per year.

The Leader of the Nation was informed that in the near future, with the import and installation of modern equipment, the types and volume of shoe production will be increased and 20 more people will be employed.

With the preparation of the next workshop in the second stage, the total production volume of shoes will reach 515 thousand pairs and the number of employees will be increased to 45 people.

We would like to remind that the first stage of the shoe production enterprise "Sarjam" LLC was opened 1 year ago (October 26, 2023) by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon,.

According to information, more than 50 types of shoes are produced in the first and second stages of the enterprise.

The officials of the industry were instructed to increase the number of such enterprises and the volume of production of this and other types of shoes, so that in the future we can supply the domestic market with these products.

 

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, in Sarikishti rural community of Rudaki district, opened the “Khisthi avval” enterprise.

The modern plant “Khisthi avval” in Rudaki district was built by JSC “Tojvar Corporation” to welcome the great national holiday - 35th anniversary of Tajikistan’s independence and within the framework of the fourth national goal - rapid industrialization. Its capacity is 200 thousand bricks per day.

During the familiarization, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the facility was built in a period of 4 months with high quality and meeting the requirements of international standards, and many local residents were employed during the construction.

The enterprise was built within the framework of a favorable environment for business and investment with the aim of contributing to the development of domestic production and expansion of creative works using modern production equipment on an area of 1.7 hectares.

50 local residents were provided with employment after the “Khisthi avval” enterprise was put into use.

President Emomali Rahmon considered the initiative of the domestic investor to build such a grand industrial facility important and instructed the officials to pay more attention to the quality and standard of the products.

According to information, 25 brick-making enterprises are operating in Rudaki district.

A two-story residential and service building with good conditions has been built here for employees and specialists, which has spacious working rooms, a meeting room and a canteen.

Honorable Emomali Rahmon, after familiarizing himself with the operation process of the “Khisthi avval” enterprise, launched the construction of two other industrial enterprises at the same time.

As informed, the plant for the production of expanded clay products in the Rudaki district and the plant for the production of baked bricks in Danghara district will be built by JSC “Tojvar Corporation”.

The plant for the production of expanded clay products will be built next to the “Khisthi avval” plant using modern technology, and after its operation, 30 more local people will be employed.

Now, according to the project, construction works have started in Danghara district with the involvement of local builders for the construction of a new brick plant.

After being put into full use, the “Khishti Danghara” plant will operate with a production capacity of 200,000 bricks per day, and 50 people will be provided with permanent jobs.

Residents and domestic businessmen, following the constructive actions of the Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, are making efforts to expand development measures in the cities and districts of the country and contribute to the improvement of our dear homeland in order to celebrate the 35^th anniversary of the State Independence of Tajikistan.
