From December 10 to 13 of 2024, in the framework of bilateral cooperation, experts from “ELIF TRADING CO. LIMITED” of the People’s Republic of China visited SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.

During the visit to controlling workplaces and direct participation in the execution of flights, according to the foreseen plan on calculating the throughput capacity of sectors Air Traffic Organization, experts got familiarized with the conditions of air traffic service, airspace design, number of air routes and their characteristics, characteristics of performance of flight regulations (SID/STAR), air traffic service regulations, characteristics of separation of aircraft by distance, and features of cooperation with international airports services of the Republic of Tajikistan, which are the main factors determining the ability to serve a certain number of aircraft per hour by the controllers.

It should be noted that in order to fully and properly implement the approved plan, separate negotiations related to clarifying some circumstances of flight production and the method of determining aircraft parking areas were conducted with the person in charge of the Dushanbe International Airport, as well as with the Heads of the Aerodrome Regulation Center of the enterprise’s branches in Kulob and Bokhtar cities, and the Senior Controller of the Aerodrome Control Сenter of the enterprise branch in Khujand city.

It is worth noting that to clarify the transport capacity of the airspace of the Republic of Tajikistan, first of all, to determine and, if necessary, increase the capacity of the Air Traffic Service Department of the enterprise, to increase the level and quality of air navigation services in the Republic of Tajikistan airspace and corresponding them to international standards timely initiatives have been put under the way by Loik Begijonzoda, General Director of SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.
