On March 7, 2025, a festive event dedicated to Mother’s Day was hosted in the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” meeting hall.  

In his opening speech, First Deputy Director General Davron Shodmonbekzoda congratulated the enterprise females on behalf of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” General Director Loik Begijonzoda. It was noted that the constant support of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon is aimed at creating the necessary conditions for further development of opportunities for women and girls in all sectors of the national economy and thus ensuring sustainable development of the society.

 

“The Government of the country, taking into account the significant role of women in the political, economic, social and cultural life of the republic, has turned ensuring the rights and interests of women and mothers into one of the most important directions of its policy, and always pays special attention to the issue of improving the status of women and mothers, and constantly supports their constructive initiatives”, – stated Ahmadzoda Zafar, Chief of Staff of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” General Director.

 

“As part of the initiatives of the state and the Government of the Republic to improve the status of women in society today, Tajik women work in sectors of the national economy. At the same time, the role of women in maintaining peace and stability, protecting national and cultural values, fostering in children a sense of patriotism, national pride, humanity and responsibility is very effective”, – noted Saidov Karomatullo, Head of the HR and Labor Department of the enterprise.

It is worth noting that the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” management follows the wise policy of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, and pays due attention to supporting women at the enterprise.

In conclusion, several employees of the enterprise, including Deputy of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” General Director Saidzoda Rakhimjon, Head of Air Traffic Management Department Pairav Huseynov, Head of Civil Sector of the Main Center of the Unified Air Traffic Organization System Khumorov Bakhtiyor, Trade Union representative Shamsov Habibullo and Head of International Relations Department Urozi Rahmon expressed their opinion regarding constant support of women and girls from the top leadership of the country and the role of women in present society.
