On March 31, 2025, the 6^th meeting on the Coordination of communication, navigation and control systems for air traffic management (CNS/ATM) of the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China was conducted in the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Nabizoda Aziz, General Director of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Loiq Begijonzoda, Deputy Director-General of the Civil Aviation Administration of the People’s Republic of China Ma Bing, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Tajikistan Ji Shumin, a delegation of high-ranking guests of the civil aviation of the People’s Republic of China, representatives of the “China Southern Airlines” and specialists of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.

During the meeting, the issue of transforming the new direct air corridor between the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China (POMIR-AGVUT) into a transit route and attracting domestic and foreign airlines has been considered.

At the same time, during their visit, high-ranking representatives of the civil aviation of the People’s Republic of China visited the offices and Control Tower of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” and closely got acquainted with the enterprise activities regarding the provision of air navigation services.

It is worth noting that the implementation of these initiatives will create broad opportunities not only for Tajikistan and China, but also for the countries of Asia and Europe. At the same time, the opening of a new air corridor will be of great benefit to the economic development and strengthening of the strategic partnership of both countries and the countries of the region.
