On April 28, 2023, in the framework SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Employee Training Plan was conducted an event under the topics “Professional training and production development relation on the path of loyalty and service to nation and motherland”, “Ancestors culture and civilization,  modern production requirements for clothes” and “Basic financial accounting rules at the enterprise”. The First Deputy General Director Shodmonbekzoda Davron and heads of enterprise departments and constituent structures attended the meeting.

On the topic “Professional training and production development relation on the path of loyalty and service to nation and motherland” delivered speech Shamsov Habibullo, Civil Department of the Unified Air Traffic Management System Main Center employee and expressed his opinions on the issues of training highly qualified specialists, retraining of employees in the educational establishment of the republic and abroad, improving their skills, etc. Educating the young generation in the spirit of patriotism, self-awareness, protecting national values, introducing a new educational system, adapting it to the modern requirements of education and labour market were important issues of the speech. It was noted that services provision at a high level is the main task of the enterprise, and in order to achieve this goal, all timely and necessary measures have been taken by enterprise leadership. International research has shown that 53% of employees need professional retraining every 3 years.  Implementation of this initiative will contribute to increasing the level and quality of employees activities and their work productivity. Investing in education, providing modern technology and connecting them to the Internet in educational establishments were other raised issues.

In continuation of the event, Pirnazarzoda Farangis, Department of Labor and Wages specialist delivered the speech on “Ancestors culture and civilization, modern production requirements for clothes”. Her speech covered issues regarding the culture of dressing, especially for women and ladies, following national customs and traditions, promotion of Tajik traditions, culture and custom of clothes, as well as their protection. In the speech, it was noted that despite rapid modern technology development and globalization, Tajik females and women in all corners of the country were able to preserve the national clothes, culture and customs of their ancestors and leave a legacy to us - the next generation. From this point of view, we, today and tomorrow generation are obliged to be promoters of national culture and traditions. The following different culture, the promotion of foreign customs and traditions, as well as clothing, which are not related to Tajik culture, have become the main problem in the current society of the republic. Rooting out such issues is not only the duty of the government and the officials of various spheres, but every patriotic and self-aware individual in society. As it was stressed each of us is responsible to contribute on solving this problem in society.

 

At the end of the event, Deputy Accounting and Finance Department, Nekruz Isrofilzoda, made a speech on the topic of “Basic financial accounting rules at the enterprise” and presented detailed information on acted regulatory and legal documents, adopted and operating regulations of the enterprise to participants. The meeting attendees received complete information on the timely payment of taxes, employee wages, allowances, business trips, etc. It was emphasized that all payments are implemented based on the current acting laws of the Republic of Tajikistan and regulations of the enterprise and all activities were carried out in accordance with them. The participants as well as received full information on other issues and legislation. It should be noted that the event is conducted periodically according to HR Department Work Plan.

In the end, there was an exchange of views between the responsible and the participants.
