On July 28, press conference was held by the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, OJSC “Tajik Air”, OJSC “Somon Air”, OJSC “Dushanbe International Airport” with representatives of domestic and foreign mass media.

At the meeting, Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Dilshod Safarzoda, heads of aviation enterprises presented information on the results of activities in the semi-annual period of 2023.

The main journalists questions touched on issues of restoring "Tajik Air" flights, increasing the number of transit flights through the airspace of the Republic of Tajikistan, process of acquiring and leasing aircraft by the country airlines, training aviation specialists and opening new routes.

It was emphasized that in order to improve the aviation activities of the republic, increase cooperation in this direction, mutually beneficial cooperation has been established with enterprises for the construction of aviation facilities, manufacturers of aviation equipment, as well as advanced training of specialists. Also, relevant agreements have been developed and signed.
