In the framework of cooperation with various companies in the field, with SUE “Tajikairnavigation” management Loiq Begijonzoda initiatives has carried out renovation and modernization of aeronautical systems and equipment, as well as within the framework of implemented measures, enterprise  leadership pays special attention to retraining and training of qualified specialists. In this direction, “The Capacity Development Project for Implementation of Performance Based Navigation in the Republic of Tajikistan” is being implemented.

 

Under the project implementation Watanabe Hideo, project expert conducted theoretical training for ATS controllers of SUE “Tajikairnavigation” in Dushanbe from November 7 to 10, 2023 and at enterprise branch in Khujand city from November 13 to 17, 2023. The purpose of the above training is to conduct familiarization of new flight procedures for air traffic controllers and introduction with PBN concept. In the framework the project implementation ATS controllers of SUE “Tajikairnavigation” developed new PBN flight procedures. Thus, conducting the training assist to effective implementation, the new developed flight procedures. It should be highlighted that above-mentioned PBN flight procedures will be used in 2024 after their approval.

It should be mentioned that the “The Capacity Development Project for Implementation of Performance Based Navigation in the Republic of Tajikistan” is implementing under Agreement signed by SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, JICA and Civil Aviation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan that is financing by Japan Government and it is contributing to aeronautical services improvement in the Republic of Tajikistan.
