On December 6, 2023, representatives of the civil aviation authorities of the People’s Republic of China, who, in order to participate in the ^th SUE “Tajikairnavigation” of Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and Air Traffic Management Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of the People’s Republic of China  CNS/ATM Coordination meeting and signing of Letter of Agreement between Dushanbe and Urumqi ACCs are in Dushanbe, jointly with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Peoples Republic of China to Tajikistan Ji Shumin, paid visited SUE “Tajikairnavigation”.

 

Under the guidance of the enterprise management and specialists, the guests are acquainted with all navigation services provision aspects, including the functioning of the tower, radio engineering center, air traffic service room, simulator and other centers, as well held talks on further bilateral cooperation expansion.

During familiarization, it was highlighted that with the direct support of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, SUE “Tajikairnavigation” Control Tower modern building for air traffic control was put into use on June 27, 2019. The building of the Air Traffic Control Department is fully equipped with modern navigation equipment. Tower has great importance in ensuring flight safety and is one of the most important facilities for controlling the flight and landing of aircraft, it was built in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organization norms and requirements. It was also emphasized that with enterprise leadership initiatives special attention is paid to industry equipment modernization and aeronautical service equipment and technologies are updated step by step.

            

The guests were informed that Control Tower’s all working equipment is made by the largest manufacturing companies in Europe, air traffic controllers, regulating the takeoff and landing of aircraft and helicopters, use modern air navigation technology in their work. 

Successful and productive spending of another day of visit to Tajikistan, satisfaction and happiness of the guests indicated that they are fully ready for future mutually beneficial cooperation with Tajik colleagues.
